Good morning! Today, I gathered a couple of ladies together and went to breakfast at Eggs Up Grill on Four Mile Post Road in South Huntsville. There are a couple of Eggs Up Grill restaurants in the area, but this is the only one I have visited, and it is delicious!

The decor is adorable. You know I love a nice, clean restaurant, and this spot does not disappoint.

They have an extensive menu with plenty to choose from. I love breakfast, so that is always a win for me.

I’m always here for a good omelet! I love their Baja chicken egg white omelets with chicken, veggies, salsa, citrus chili crema sauce, and avocado. Many people think an egg white omelet is not as tasty. However, this omelet is huge, and I never leave anything on my plate. It is so delicious and filling! The citrus chili crema sauce they drizzle on this delicious work of art is yummy!

Along with my omelet, I get pancakes and grits. Everything is top notch, and I don’t ever recall asking for a to-go container. I enjoy every bite!

One of the ladies who met me at the restaurant ordered this bowl with sausage, avocado, cheese, and eggs, and she absolutely loved it!

In addition to breakfast, you can order burgers and sandwiches served with a choice of home fries, potato salad, and chips. If you are ever in South Huntsville, give Eggs Up Grill a try. They are consistently delicious, and the owners are a really nice couple. I am sure this restaurant will become one of your favorites!
