Boba tea has been all the craze around Huntsville for the past few years. With so many artificial flavors, sweeteners, and colors out there, I try to choose wisely when enjoying my favorite beverage. I love the fact that Leafly doesn’t use fructose or artificial sweeteners and flavors. Their syrups are made in-house from all-natural cane sugars and organic honey. 

A dear friend introduced me to the owners. Her sons frequent Leafly often, and she spoke highly of the company. I love young entrepreneurs. Although there are three owners (Keoni Evans, Matthew Phu, and Minh Vu), I met only two of them during my visit. They appear to be a really fun group. I love the atmosphere and the energy in the shop.

I chose the Jasmine milk tea, and it was so delicious that I almost drank all of it before I walked to my truck. I don’t usually order boba in my tea, but my kids can’t seem to live without it. At Leafly, you can add lychee jelly, brown sugar boba, creme brulee pudding, black sugar drizzle, pumpkin spice cream, and other toppings to your drink.
